How to make sooji barfi at home?

  5. Add the cardamom powder, saffron strands, and chopped nuts (if using) to the mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch square pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  7. Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then cut it into squares.
  8. Allow the Sooji Barfi to cool completely, then store it in an airtight container for up to a week.
