How to make sooji barfi at home?

- Add the cardamom powder, saffron strands, and chopped nuts (if using) to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 8×8 inch square pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Let the mixture cool for 10 minutes, then cut it into squares.
- Allow the Sooji Barfi to cool completely, then store it in an airtight container for up to a week.
